Social media platforms independently moderate and may adjust account metrics at their discretion. Any changes to your account metrics that occur after service delivery — including but not limited to the removal of followers, views, likes, or other engagement — are the result of the respective platform's independent policies and are outside the control of CloutNest.
All wallet deposits and completed campaign payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or has begun processing. CloutNest is not liable for any post-delivery changes made by third-party platforms. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a service that has been delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service. CloutNest reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue recovery of disputed funds through available legal channels.
By using CloutNest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use our platform and for ensuring that your use aligns with the terms of any third-party services or platforms you connect. Wallet balances are held in your CloutNest account and can be used to purchase any available service. Deposits are processed via third-party payment providers (Paystack and NowPayments) and are subject to their respective terms. CloutNest is not responsible for payment processing errors or delays caused by third-party providers. Wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
